Frequently asked questions about the trial
How big does my team need to be?
Invite at least four colleagues. The report only shows team averages and spread; with a smaller team it could be traced who filled in what. A trial team has at most fifteen members.
Who sees the answers?
No one can see who filled in what. All scores and the report are anonymous: the platform only shows team averages and the spread within the team, and the open answers are bundled without names. You as team manager or facilitator don't see individual answers either.
When is the report ready?
As soon as every invited team member has completed the Quick Scan. From the platform you can send a reminder to those who haven't yet.
What happens after thirty days?
Your trial account is frozen and permanently deleted sixty days later, including your team members' accounts. Want to continue? We convert it to a subscription and everything stays.
Can I do a second measurement?
Not in the trial: it is meant for one measurement. The AI summary and AI advice with the Quick Scan are part of the trial. Follow-up measurements, development over time and the extended questionnaire with AI-generated directions per condition are part of a subscription. Book a call and we convert your trial account.
Why do you ask for consent to contact me?
