The measurement platform for team development
Know what's going on.
See what works.
Where is collaboration going well, where does it grate, and does anything change after an intervention? TeamInsights makes both the current state and the development of teams visible.
Regular team measurements focus attention on what is needed and keep progress in view. For organisations and team development agencies that want to keep working with their own coaches, trainers and approach.
The sample report opens as a PDF (in Dutch) and covers a fictional demo team.

Targeted improvement starts with knowing where you stand
A coaching conversation, workshop or team programme is more effective when it is clear what needs attention. TeamInsights shows how team members experience their collaboration: what connects them, what is going well and what holds them back.
This creates a shared starting point for the conversation and lets you choose more precisely what to work on.
Progress takes more than one good team session
You will recognise it: after a good workshop, energy is high. But as soon as everyone is back at work, the team slips into old habits. That is the challenge: keeping to agreements, practising new behaviour and preventing old patterns from returning.
By measuring again at regular intervals, you see what is changing and where extra attention is still needed. Team development stays on the agenda, also between workshops and coaching conversations.
Your expertise. Backed by insight.
TeamInsights measures and tracks; you decide how to act on the development points.
For organisations
Keep track of how your teams develop
Do you have internal coaches, your own L&D team or regular training partners? TeamInsights gives them a shared starting point and makes progress visible throughout the programme.
- Map each team's strengths and development needs.
- Use the results to deploy support where it is needed.
- Follow multiple teams from a single platform.
- At the next measurement, discuss what has changed and where adjustment is needed.
You stay in charge of the support. TeamInsights provides the insight to substantiate choices and to track development.
For team development agencies
Make development visible to your clients
You help teams work together better. TeamInsights adds a measurable starting point and periodic evaluation to your approach, so you can show clients how their teams develop over the course of a programme.
- Start with insight into what a client team needs.
- Substantiate your approach with structured team measurements.
- Make changes discussable with clear reports.
- Stay in touch with the development of your client teams, also between sessions.
You keep your own way of working and your client relationship. Want to offer the platform under your own brand? Let's discuss the options for white-label use.
From first measurement to lasting insight into progress
Team development in a rhythm of measuring, discussing and adjusting.
Map the starting situation
Team members complete a questionnaire about their collaboration. The dashboard shows strengths and points that need attention.
Choose precisely what to work on
Discuss the results with the team and its own facilitator. Pick concrete improvement points and record agreements.
Track development
Measure again at agreed moments. Compare the results and discuss which changes team members notice.
Adjust and hold on to gains
Use the insights to sharpen agreements, adapt support and keep attention on what is going well.
Measure, track development and adjust with focus
That is what TeamInsights is built for. The rest of the platform supports it.
01
Measure
In a few minutes, team members answer well-founded questions about their collaboration. No endless questionnaires, but a complete picture per team theme.
02
Track development
The dashboard shows the scores per theme, the variation within the team and the trend across multiple measurements. You see what is moving and what is stuck.
03
Adjust with focus
Record improvement agreements, link them to a theme and check at the next measurement whether they have had an effect.
Reports
A team report as a PDF with scores, variation and anonymous comments: useful in a team session or in feedback to the client.
Knowledge base with methods
Background and facilitation methods for every team theme, so the facilitator can choose a focused next step.
Overview across multiple teams
Supporting several teams? Switch quickly between teams and see where attention is needed most.
Chat and documents
Supporting, not the core: keep the conversation and the agreed documents with the team they belong to.
A substantive basis for the conversation
TeamInsights uses the Teamflow model as the basis for its measurements. It examines concrete conditions for good collaboration, such as shared goals, open communication, safety and making use of each other's qualities.
The results give teams and facilitators something to hold on to when exploring together what deserves attention.

Who sees what?
Team members only answer honestly when it is clear what happens with their answers. So, precisely this:
Only team results are shown
The platform shows only averages and variation per team theme. What an individual team member answered is not visible anywhere in the application: not to colleagues, not to the manager, not to the facilitator and not to the organisation's contact person.
At least three completed participants
With fewer than three completed questionnaires, no report is produced, not even as a PDF. This means scores cannot be traced back to one or two people.
Open answers without names
Comments are shown grouped per question, detached from the person who wrote them. The organisation's contact person does not see the open answers; those stay with the team and the facilitator.
What is visible
Participation status is not anonymous: the team can see who has completed the questionnaire, just not what they answered. This is deliberate, so a team can remind each other without looking into the answers.
Data in the EU
The platform and the database run within the European Union. The AI analysis of open answers runs through a European provider and receives only the text, without names or email addresses.
Access and deletion
Every team member can view, export and request deletion of their own data. Data of teams that are no longer active is cleaned up automatically.
