For organisations

Insight into the development of all your teams

Internal coaches, your own L&D team or regular training partners: TeamInsights gives them one starting point per team and shows what changes afterwards.

You decide who facilitates the teams and how. The platform provides the measurement, the report and the overview of all teams.

Online demo of about thirty minutes. The sample report opens as a PDF (in Dutch) and describes a fictitious demo team.

Sound familiar?

Three situations organisations with several teams run into.

Every team tells a different story

One team is running smoothly, another is stalling, and what you know about it comes from the corridors. A comparable picture of how each team is really doing is missing.

The team day fades away

The workshop was good and the energy was high. Three months later nobody can say whether anything has changed, let alone what.

Facilitation by gut feeling

Internal coaches and external trainers each start with their own intake. There is no shared language to decide where attention should go, or whether it is working.

How it works in your organisation

From set-up to follow-up measurement, in four steps.

1

Set up

We prepare the organisation, the teams and the facilitators. Team members receive an invitation in Dutch or English and activate their account in a few minutes.

2

First measurement

Each team completes the questionnaire at an agreed moment, about ten minutes per person. As soon as at least three team members have finished, the team report is ready.

3

Discuss and agree

The facilitator discusses the report with the team. The agreements that follow are recorded in the platform, linked to the theme they are about.

4

Measure again and adjust

Each team measures again at the agreed rhythm. The report compares with the previous measurement and the organisation sees per team whether development continues.

Who does what

Everyone sees exactly what belongs to their role, no more and no less.

Organisation contact

Sees the overview of all teams and their team averages per measurement. Does not see open answers or individual scores.

Team manager

Follows their own team, joins the discussion of the report and records team agreements and individual agreements.

Facilitator

Internal coach, trainer or external partner. Reviews the report, releases suggested directions to the team, sends reminders and schedules the next measurement.

Team member

Completes the questionnaire, sees the team result, the agreements and the documents of their own team, and takes part in the team chat.

One person can hold several roles, for example organisation contact and facilitator of a team. On logging in, they choose the role.

What you get

The parts that make the difference for an organisation with several teams.

Overview of all teams

One place to see which teams have been measured, how they score and where attention is needed most.

A report per measurement

Scores per prerequisite and characteristic of the Teamflow model, the spread within the team, bundled open answers and an AI-supported summary. Also as a PDF.

Development over time

Every next measurement is compared with the previous one, so you see per theme whether a team is moving forward, standing still or slipping back.

Agreements and follow-up

Team agreements and individual agreements sit with the team, linked to a theme, and come back at the next measurement.

Dutch and English

You set the language per team. Invitations, questionnaire, dashboard and report follow that choice.

Data in the EU

Platform and database run within the European Union. Teams that are no longer active are cleaned up automatically.

You stay in charge of the facilitation

TeamInsights is a measurement platform, not a method you have to follow. Who discusses the report and which intervention fits afterwards is your call: an internal coach, the team manager or a regular training partner.

The platform does make those choices better founded. Every facilitator starts from the same picture, and at the next measurement you see whether the chosen approach has paid off.

Frequently asked questions from organisations

How much time does a measurement take our people?

About ten minutes per team member per measurement. It can be completed on any device, at a moment of their choosing within the measurement period.

Who sees the individual answers?

Nobody. The platform only shows team averages and spread, and only once at least three team members have completed the questionnaire. Open answers are shown bundled, without names, and are not visible to the organisation contact.

Can we use our own trainers and coaches?

Yes, that is exactly the idea. You assign a facilitator per team, internal or external. TeamInsights provides the measurement and the report; the facilitation is yours.

What if a team has fewer than three people?

Then no report appears. That threshold protects the anonymity of the participants and cannot be changed.

How often do teams measure?

You agree that per team. A common rhythm is every three to four months, so agreements get time to take effect while development stays visible.

How quickly can we start?

After the demo we set up the organisation and the first teams together. The first measurement can usually run within two weeks.

Want to see how this works for your teams?

In a thirty-minute demo we walk through the measurement, the report and the overview of several teams, tailored to your situation.
